Cancellation and Returns
Items Special Ordered on your behalf may not be cancelled once we have ordered them for you. They are yours essentially from the time you place your order. In general, we do not accept returns, unless they are un-opened and sealed in the original packaging. Personal clothing items and personal medical products are non-returnable. Items we mis-ship or inaccurately described, or are damaged en route, are the exception. Please contact us before returning an item, and return it promptly after making arrangements to do so. Shipping costs are to be paid by the customer on regular stocked items which are returned for a valid reason other than the item is defective or was shipped by our error.

Order Confirmation
We confirm item availability, total price and expected ship date for all orders. We will contact you in the event of any questions or delays of more than a week beyond the expected ship date.

Order Status & Shipment Status
You may log into your online account at any time using the username and password you created when you placed the order and check on your order status and shipment status. You can also view previous orders placed with us.

Picking Up at our San Diego Location
If you live in the San Diego area, you're welcome to make arrangements to pick up any items you desire at Balboa Pharmacy during normal business hours. Our address is 5222 Balboa Avenue, San Diego, CA 92117. See Google Maps for a map & driving directions.

Order Processing
90% of orders ship the next business day. If we can't ship your order for more than 5 business days, we will notify you. Also, if you must have your order by a certain date, please let us know, so we can keep an eye on it. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday only. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. If you place your order after 5:00pm on Friday, your order will not be processed until Monday. If you order has been processed for shipping, or has shipped, we can not cancel your order. You can refuse the delivery, and your order will be subject to our return policy. If we have a problem getting an authorization on your credit card for any reason, your order will not progress until we do. We will contact you ASAP to discuss how to proceed.

Shipping Methods
UPS Ground: Your order will be delivered within 1-5 business days after the order leaves our facility, not counting the ship date and not including Saturday and Sunday, or UPS Holidays. Package arrives before end of day. We ship from multiple locations.

UPS 3 Day Select - Your order will be delivered 3 business days after the order leaves our facility, not counting the ship date and not including Saturday and Sunday, or UPS Holidays. Package usually arrives by end of day.

UPS Second Day Air - Your order will be delivered 2 business days after the order leaves our facility, not counting the ship date and not including Saturday and Sunday, or UPS Holidays. Package usually arrives before end of day. Saturday delivery is available for an additional $20.00 per package.

UPS Next Day Air - Your order will be delivered the next business day after the order leaves our facility, not counting the ship date and not including Saturday and Sunday, or UPS Holidays. Package usually arrives before 10:30AM. Saturday delivery is available for an additional $20.00 per package.

Sorry, we currently do not offer International/Canadian shipping options. All orders shipped to a CA address will be charged the appropriate state sales tax.
